Introduction to Chalk Painting 6 hour Workshop

A whole day experience where you will paint your own piece of furniture, learn the basics of furniture painting and create a variety of decorative techniques with chalk paint, all set in the beautiful surroundings of the Adelaide Hills.

Enjoy the stunning city views as we paint and learn all about the wonderful effects you can create with chalk paints. You will complete your own piece of painted furniture as well as work on a practice board to learn a variety of chalk paint techniques.

We will take some time out on the veranda so you can soak up the stunning views out to sea, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and return to the workshop to complete our pieces of furniture in the afternoon.

And if you're coming alone, don't feel shy, most of our workshop participants are single bookings. Before you know it you'll be happily absorbed in the joy of painting!

Please bring a small item of furniture to paint such as a chair, bedside table etc. Furniture pieces should be small enough for one person to carry. All materials are provided and you will receive a free tester pot of paint in your chosen colour to complete your piece. 

Lunch, coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are all included in your ticket price.

The workshop venue is The Summit Community Centre in Norton Summit just 10 minutes from Magill. Plenty of free on site parking is available right outside the community centre.
