Beautiful Christmas Centrepiece

Beautiful and Easy Christmas Table Centrepiece

Let me show you how easy it is to make this beautiful table decoration with a few things you can find around the garden and just the tiniest amount of paint.

At Christmas I am all for making it EASY and this is honestly the easiest Christmas decoration idea I have discovered so far. A few minutes foraging in the garden (or somebody else's if you don't have one!) and a tiny bit of paint and hey presto you have a beautiful hand painted and natural decoration for your table.

I have chosen to add gold leaf to some plain white candles to turn this into a table decoration but I think it would look just as lovely as a Christmas wreath for your door. I also think the Silver or Copper Leaf would look AMAZING on the candles!

I really enjoyed this project and the best thing about it is you don't have to be too fussy. If you do have a go at this project please do let me know, drop a comment below or send me a photo!

Hi again, how far ahead can you make a foliage centrepiece, please?

Thank you so much, Jane, for sharing this simple but elegant idea for a Christmas centrepiece. It looks lovely. We have a big Christmas brunch planned, and I was wondering how I could do something for the table. We have young kids coming so may not do the candles (and no time to get the supplies – this time round) but I very much appreciate your project idea. My mother (in the UK) used to always spray her foliage with gold or silver spray, so your project reminds me of her beautiful efforts. :)
